Developed to help you grow in your identity as a son or daughter of God and highlighting some of the most transformational elements of the Encounter School of Ministry: “Identity and Transformation” quarter. This school is geared to renew your mind, increase your intimacy with the Father, and prepare you to minister out of your supernatural inheritance in Christ!
After a profound encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist, Kevin Bailey experienced a desire to share the love of Christ with everyone he meets. Changing majors, schools, and lifestyles, Kevin has been working in ministry and speaking for over 10 years. His passion is seeing people walk in their identity as sons and daughters through powerful encounters and rich prayer lives. Kevin currently serves as a missionary with the Impact Center, ministering to the ministers of the Church.
Dawn Hausmann is the Director of Consecrated Vocations, Coordinator of Young Adult Ministry, and Delegate of Consecrated Life, serving the Diocese of Lansing since 2011. She has a degree in social work from Michigan State University and a master's in theology from the Pontifical John Paul Institute for the Studies of Marriage and Family in Washington D.C. She has a passion for spreading John Paul II's Theology of the Body, teaching Ignatian Spirituality, and helping people journey in vocational discernment. She herself has responded to a call to the consecrated life in the vocation of consecrated virginity in November 2019.
