Volunteers make the Encounter Conference possible.
To honor our volunteers who serve for 2 or more time slots during the conference, we refund them up to 1-free premium admission for the 2025 Encounter Conference.
Volunteers will initially register for the conference tickets through our registration process. They will can purchase an in-person ticket or an in-person premium ticket. (We do not refund in-person premium reserved tickets nor do we offer cash refunds). After registering for the conference, they will then complete the volunteer registration process below. After the conference (assuming they serve their volunteer time slots and check in with your Volunteer Captain) they will receive a refund up to the value of a premium ticket. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card with which they purchased the ticket.

- Kids Track Small Group Leaders

- Middle School Small Group Leaders

Important note for Kid and Middle School Track: ANY volunteer who is interacting with minors as a small group leader must be VIRTUS trained and consent to undergoing a background check. If they have not completed the free VIRTUS training, they can do so here: https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/. They will be required to submit a copy of their VIRTUS certificate when signing up to volunteer for the Middle School Small Group Leader or the Kids Track Small Group Leader role. Encounter Ministries will be in touch with additional information, once they have completed their registration.
*Time slots and the volunteer needs of the conference are subject to slight changes. Volunteers will be notified if these changes impact them.
