All registrations are final, and tickets are non-transferable to any other party. If you cannot attend this event for any reason, upon your request we will issue you a coupon refund of the total amount that can be used when registering for any future Encounter Ministries events for up to one year. All requests to receive a coupon refund must be made at least 3 business days prior to the event. If the event is canceled due to diocese policy or government action (i.e. COVID-19), Encounter Ministries will issue full refunds to registered participants.
